3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. In some cases, withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdbajee24 does not support transactions in foreign currencies.

3.4 Payment Fraud Prevention

For deposits and withdrawals, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Attempting to conduct transactions through a third-party account will be treated as a punishable offence and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, the maximum ৳15,000 bonus applies, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that in order to withdraw bonus funds, they must be wagered at least 15 times. Full details on the time limit for meeting wagering requirements and the list of eligible games can be found in the bonus section.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, bdbajee24 runs various promotional offers, cashback deals, and tournaments. Each offer has its own terms and applies separately. If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the relevant account will be closed.

4.4 VIP Program

bdbajee24 has four VIP tiers. Through regular gaming activity you can advance to a higher tier:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity and is determined at the sole discretion of bdbajee24.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Software and Game Fairness

All games offered on bdbajee24 are fair and transparent. We use software from verified game developers and are committed to ensuring fair play.

5.2 Game Failures and Technical Errors

If a bet is cancelled or a result remains undetermined due to a technical error in a game, the stake for that bet will be refunded. bdbajee24 is not liable for any loss caused by a technical error.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. Any attempt to place a bet beyond these limits will be automatically rejected.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

If bdbajee24 believes that a user is exploiting system vulnerabilities, taking advantage of software errors, or attempting to win by any dishonest means, that account will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is proven after review, the account will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
